Booked together, Villa Ballena and Villa Beluga form a single 700 m² estate that sleeps up to 18 guests across 8 en-suite bedrooms — the format multi-generational families and groups of friends choose when one villa is not quite enough. Grandparents take the quiet wing of Villa Ballena with its sauna and wellness shower; parents and children spread into Villa Beluga with its game room and glass terrace; everyone meets in the middle, on shared grounds with two heated pools and a sand tennis court.
Because the two villas sit on one connected property, the group stays together without anyone living on top of each other — the recurring problem with a single large house. Each villa keeps its own kitchen, its own pool and its own front door, so families can have slow mornings apart and long dinners together. It suits a milestone birthday, a family reunion across three generations, or a group of couples travelling as one — anywhere from a handful of guests up to the full 18.
