Villa Ballena and Villa Beluga were born from a deep love for Istria — its rolling hills, truffle forests, and sun-drenched coastline. Built in 2021 in the heart of Svetvinčenat, just steps from a medieval castle, these two sister villas represent our vision of what a perfect Mediterranean retreat should be: private, beautifully designed, and deeply connected to the land.
